iPhone 13 Satellite Feature
The time is about to come for Apple to launch a series of its new iPhone models with new exciting features and powerful performance, as every year.
The name of this year's new iPhone series is likely to be iPhone 13 which can be launched in late September.
Now if we go by the latest hot news that's spreading online like a wildfire, then according to popular Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, this year's iPhone 13 may come with a Low-Earth-Orbit satellite communication mode (LEO).
What is a Low-Earth-Orbit Satellite Communication Mode?
The Low-Earth-Orbit Satellite Communication Mode or simply put LEO is a satellite connectivity technology located in the low orbit of the earth.
Having the LEO feature enabled on a phone means that such phones won't be dependent on the cellphone towers for connectivity.
Instead, such phones are directly connected to the satellite.
Although this service is expensive as well as slow, however companies are working fast in this direction.
Benefits Of LEO Connection
Indeed fans have high hopes for Apple to bring many new features in the new smartphones.
However just imagine if the new series does come with satellite connectivity then the users will be able to make calls from anywhere, not depending on the availability of the cellular network.
Although there may be some situations or locations where satellite phones may also not work.
But still, we have to agree with the fact that having satellite connectivity on the phone can surely make a huge difference to the user's experience over calling and messaging.
For now, we can only wait to see whether the iPhone 13 does come with the satellite calling feature or not, until its launched date.
What do you think, will the new iPhone come with the Satellite connectivity option?
