Time To Upgrade Your iPhone With 120Hz Refresh Rate!
Most likely good news for all iPhone lovers. After the iPhone 12, there are huge expectations from the next Apple smartphone model, with many recent rumors suggesting that the iPhone 13 Pro may come with a 120Hz LTPO display and an under-screen fingerprint reader.
If it becomes true then it will definitely prove to be of great help to the iPhone owners who couldn't rely on Face ID after wearing masks for nearly a year after Covid-19.
Several months have passed since the launch of the iPhone 12, and half a year is left before the next devices, which are expected to appear in September. Though the iPhone 12 proved to be of great success, however still if there was anything that let the owners down a bit, was it's screen and refresh rate.
There is always a huge competition between Android and iOS, and along with it, are the different opinions about the two. While some consider the iPhone the best smartphone of our time, others say it is backward and worthless.
Given the price one has to pay to grab hold of this super flagship device, it is normal to expect a thing or two, considering when the same features are available on the devices from other brands with much less price.
But then we also have to acknowledge that iPhones do sell well and are among the world's top ten best-selling smartphone models. Also, the chips in them, even the year before last, are still ahead of the chips of all competitors in benchmarks.
Maybe that's the reason why the owners get the feeling of that satisfaction when they buy an iPhone, cause they know their device is going to run smoothly for a long...long duration, and needless to say, the long-lasting support and software updates apple products are known for.
But it's just that the lack of some of the basic things like an always-on display function, fingerprint sensors built into the display, higher refresh rate are something which is not only practical but also has long been used in smartphones from other manufacturers.
And especially with the current Covid-19 situation, I have seen people struggling to unlock their latest iPhone devices due to having to cover their face with a mask which then doesn't allow the Face ID to work normally as it should. Besides, it really becomes irritating to continuously play around with the face mask by pulling it down or removing it every time one has to unlock the device.
I know that the phone can be unlocked by entering the pin, but then it can not be compared to the easiness of unlocking the device in a snap of a second if there had been a fingerprint sensor.
Anyhow, if the rumors are correct then at least now it seems that there is a high probability that the iPhone 13 Pro will address some of these issues.
So what do you think? Are these rumors correct and also what will be the name of the new iPhone, iPhone 13, or iPhone 12s?
