The watch, boAt Storm will be available for online ordering from Flipkart and from the boAt's official website on October 29 from 12 noon onwards.
The smartwatch is built with a metal body and comes a 1.3-inch colorful capacitive touch display along with removable skin-friendly silicone straps in black and blue colour variants.
It offers users nine sports modes including running, walking, cycling, hiking, climbing, fitness, treadmill, yoga, and dynamic cycling, and over a 100 watch faces to choose from. With the introductory price of Rs. 1999/-, the watch will offer 24/7 heart rate monitoring and also has an in-built SPO2 system for real-time blood oxygen level monitoring.
boAt has also added a guided meditative breathing mode, which will guide you on mindfulness and respiratory awareness, which the company says helps to lower your heart rate and at the same helps to lower down the stress levels as well.
According to the company, this watch is specifically designed for those who perform high-intensity workouts and require precise health and fitness monitoring. It is also been shared that the smartwatch will have a battery life of up to 10 days and a standby time of up to 30 days.
It is 5ATM water resistant and also has curated controls that allow you to use the clock to control your music, volume, track, and calls. It also has a Find My Phone feature as well as smart notifications that can be received directly on the smartwatch screen.
One important thing to keep in mind is that since Rs. 1999/- is an introductory offer, this means that the price of this smartwatch may increase after some time in the coming future.
