On more than one occasion, we have that temptation or desire to hide the information that we are viewing on our computer screen.
Whether we are handling some confidential documents or just surfing the web we do not like others to continuously stare at our computer screens.
The solution to this problem is pretty much great and easy and the only items and tools that you would be required are:
1. An old LCD monitor
2. Polarized filters
3. 3D glasses
4. Scissors and Screwdrivers
All you need to do is to extract the polarizing filter from the monitor's screen.
Now in order for you to be the only one to read that screen, the idea is to create glasses with the same type of polarizing filter.
So, if you have some old cinema 3D glasses forgotten in some drawer, they can be worth to remove the lenses and adding the polarizing filter instead.
Luckily I found 4 of these in the drawer.
Note: Don't bother to try reusing the filter extracted from the monitor's screen because it only works when it is pasted on the top of the screen directly. If you fit this filter to your glasses and then look at your screen, it will not show anything.
So, now when you turn on your computer you will not see anything more than a blank screen, you have just made the content disappear, but if you will put on your polarized glasses, you will begin to visualize all the information that is being played on the monitor.
A crazy idea that can be a good way to freely enjoy the content you want or handle information completely in private.
To use for a while or take advantage of an old monitor, is not bad.
Caution: Only use this trick if you have an old monitor. Don't ruin the one which you are using daily.

After you are done with extraction then all you'll see on your monitor will be a white screen (when you turn in ON).
